After a 2018 family reunion to Yellowstone National Park, my family went to Calgary to visit my cousin. While there, we went to the Calgary Olympics Park where the twins and I rode "The Green Machine" down the bobsled track with a professional driver.

A neighbor, Rod, who was part owner of a single engine airplane invited me to go flying with him. We flew over our houses, then down to Carson City, and over Lake Tahoe. It was a gorgeous day, and enroute to Carson City, he let me take the controls of the airplane for a bit. I was very nervous.

One cold January, the twins and I visited my family in Cape Coral, Florida. We took out the boat on the warmest day, and each of us got a turn to drive the boat. Thank God for the sunshine, or we would have frozen to death! Even the iguanas were falling out of the trees frozen!

During our first time in Mexico, Jason (husband) and I went to Xplor where we went ziplining, paddled through a cave, and drove an amphibious vehicle through the jungle.

On a trip to Oregon, Jason, the twins and I did a whitewater rafting trip on the Clackamas River. We were the only ones in the raft aside from our guide until one of the other rafts had a problem, and we took on 2 other people toward the end of our trip. No one fell out- not even me!!

Our neighbors in Sparks let Jay and I borrow their Kubota to do some work in our yard. I got to drive it, and scoop, then dump rocks. I'm not very practiced at it, so it took a while, but Jay was patient. At least I didn't need to have a driver's license for that as I didn't have one anymore!

On a COLD December 22nd (my birthday) my neighbor from Sparks took me for a wild and crazy ride in his Razor. Being out in the sunshine helped, but this thing even had heated seats! We brought along some beverages to warm us up!
